NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF
FIXED STATION EQUIPMENT 25-102-SHF on or before October 22, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation
documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or
at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The County of DuPage (“County”) is seeking a Contractor to provide preventive maintenance, inspection
and repair for all radio towers, base stations, consoles and internal phone/intercom system (fixed station
equipment) currently in use by the County.
