MacEwan University
This RFP covers the supply, delivery, and installation of office and classroom furniture for floors 1 through 5, as well as one mezzanine floor of the new building.
The building is estimated to be completed by November 2026. MacEwan intends to finalize product selections and place the furniture order by January 2026. Furniture delivery and installation may begin as early as July 2026 and will follow a phased schedule and require coordination and planning support from the selected supplier. The successful proponent will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:
• Providing responsive pre-sales support services.
• Supplying and installing a range of office and classroom furniture products that align with the design, functionality, and aesthetic requirements of the new facility.
• Providing design support services, including space planning, 2D/3D renderings, and integration of furniture layouts into the construction plans.
• Managing all aspects of delivery, installation, and on-site support to ensure that furniture solutions are delivered on time, installed efficiently, and fully integrated into the building as it becomes operational.
• Coordinating closely with the construction team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure furniture installation aligns with the construction schedule.
