REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 24-011
MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Little Rock School District is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide mowing and grounds maintenance services for various schools and facilities, as specified in the RFP. The complete request for proposal is available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net . Interested Proposers must register at this site to view and download proposal documents and to submit a proposal electronically. This is the preferred method of submission.
Proposals must be submitted, no later than January 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST:
There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 10:00 A.M. January 9, 2025 at LRSD Procurement Department, 1800 East Sixth Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Offerers must attend the pre-proposal meeting to qualify to submit an offer.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any formalities in proposal responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offerer whose proposal is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in this Request for Proposals as determined by the Director of Procurement and Materials Management.
