Project Title: ACC Munters Replacement Controller Upgrade, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Health Care System.
Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Honolulu campus has a requirement to ACC Munters Replacement Controller Upgrade in accordance (IAW) with the draft statement of work (SOW). Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all the requirements listed in this notice. See attached documents.
All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the redacted sole source justification for review and will be released with solicitation posting.
A request for proposal will be issued as a sole source set aside on the open market.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. PSC Code is 4120 Air Conditioning Equipment.
Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Potential Offerors also need to verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ ) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around beginning to mid November 2025. The solicitation will be a request for quote (RFQ), which will contain quote instructions, a scope of work (SOW), etc.
