Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for one (1) Senior Performance Measurement Consultant to support Director General Human Capital Management Modernization – Military (DGHCMM-M) Project Authorities with the development of advanced performance measurement frameworks, logic models, and governance-aligned reporting structures to enable evidence-based decision-making and compliance with Government of Canada (GoC) Policy on Results, Chief of Military Personnel (CMP) / Military Personnel Command (MILPERSCOM) accountability requirements and departmental oversight obligations.

This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
