Synopsis
The Contractor shall provide a support service agreement for the Sciex 4500 liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometer.
The Contractor shall provide:
1. Two (2) Preventative Maintenance for Model QTRAP4500 Mass Spectrometer.
2. One (1) Preventative Maintenance for ExionLC AD Pump.
3. On-site workflow support and troubleshooting.
4. Workflow telephone and on-line support.
5. SCIEXNow Visual Assist Support.
6. Premium content access to SCIEXNow Learning Hub and Knowledge base online support.
The Contractor shall provide:
