FCC Coleman is requesting information regarding vendors interested in providing HP-5 liquid propane, also known as “consumer-grade” propane to the Federal Prison Industries located in Coleman, FL. This propane will be used to power forklifts in the workplace. The vender will need to provide and install one (1), five hundred (500) gallon liquid propane tank and pump. This tank will require filling weekly. The perspective vendor will also need to be able to provide twenty (20), eight (8) gallon, or thirty-three (33) pound steel cylinders, which will be filled from the larger tank and used in forklift operation. For safety purposes, the vendor will be responsible for recertifying and replacing (when necessary) the eight-gallon tanks or thirty-three pound cylinders yearly.
