Solicitation Summary
The Invitation to Bidders document is attached to this solicitation.
Sealed proposals shall be submitted and received at the offices of the Board of
Education of Allegany County, 108 Washington Street, Cumberland, MD 21502
until 2:00 PM local time December 4, 2025 for the HVAC Piping System
Replacement at Braddock Middle School for the Board of Education of Allegany
County. Thereafter, such proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The
sealed proposals will be in accordance with the plans and technical specifications
prepared for the Owner by RTM Engineering, Inc.

Additional Instructions
Bonafide General Contractors may obtain an electronic copy of the Drawings and
Specifications from Allegany County Public Schools Construction Department
beginning November 6, 2025. Email Jay Marley at
william.marleyiii@acpsmd.org to request documents. The successful
Contractor shall utilize the electronic files for printing of additional sets required
for construction. Any addenda will be provided electronically to planholders.
