Experienced in providing engineering services necessary for the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental documents (CATEX or EA), preliminary road and bridge plans, right of way plans, and final construction plans for roadways and bridges, for improvements to SC-61 (Ashley River Road) from the intersection with S-57 (Bees Ferry Road) to the intersection with S-729 (Old Parsonage Road).
