Project Description: [UPCOMING: April 2025] This announcement is to provide advance notice of an upcoming contract opportunity. Please view or download the Notice of Upcoming Opportunity for preliminary project details. All details are subject to change. All dates included on this project announcements are placeholders only. Dates and details will be revised when the project is officially released.
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (“MTC”) is seeking to select up to seven (7) different firms to work on the seven (7) different Project Groups described below. The selected consultants will work with the Awardees under the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Program (Sponsors) on each of the components they were awarded. For Sponsors with multiple component awards, Consultant will assist with holistic TOC Policy compliance to realize the connections between the components. Each team will be working with a grouping of multiple jurisdictions with the following tasks:
• Task 0: Project management between Consultant and MTC
• Task 1: Specific Plans/Zoning to increase Density
• Task 2: Station Access and Circulation
• Task 3: Parking Management
In an effort to spread the work and allow multiple firms the opportunity to be awarded projects, award of the Projects will be made pursuant to Section VIII. Award. Please see Section VIII. Award for details.
