NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish up to three (3) National

Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to provide corrosion control and body maintenance of DND owned vehicles to all support bases across Canada. The requirement includes a technical presentation package in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work for Military Vehicles & Trailers – Body Maintenance and Corrosion Control dated 2024-10-30.

Appendix A – Maritimes Region (NB, NS, NL, and PEI)

Appendix B – Quebec and Ontario Region (QC and ON)

Appendix C – Western Region (BC, AB, SK, MB, and ON)

The requirement may ultimately include both civilian and military pattern vehicles, and may include the following categories:

Medium Support Vehicle System (MSVS) SMP TRUCK (Mack)

MSVS MILCOTS TRUCK (Navistar)

Heavy Logistics Vehicle Wheeled (HLVW)

Light Utility Vehicle Wheeled (LUVW) MILCOTS (Silverado)/PICK UP TRUCKS

LUVW SMP (G Wagon)

LSVW (Western Star)

TRUCK WESTERN STAR DUMP

TRACTOR (International/Kenworth, etc.)

VAN (16ft box)

TRAILERS 15-45 TON

The work under this requirement will be carried out during the period of three (3) firm years from the issuance of the NISO with an option to extend the offer by two (2) additional one (1) year option years under the same terms and conditions.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
