Summary
Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (COBH) is comparing rates charged by contractors on MAC038 to perform preventative maintenance and repair work on HVAC related services. Contractor MUST be authorized to perform maintenance and services on Metasys equipment/system. All work will be coordinated with our maintenance department as to the hourly requirements for for each job requested/scheduled. Preventative and repair work needed (but not limited to):

All 28 Roof-top fans (COBH & Moritz) - Preventative maintenance including but not limited to:
Three Roof top kitchen exhaust fans (COBH only):
BAS System – Preventative Maintenance including but not limited to: Chillers (Daikin and Carrier 30RBF19064-LNW6K): Spring Maintenance (March/April) System Performance Refrigerant System Electrical System Condenser Fan Assemblies Controls & Safeties Fall Maintenance (October/November) System Condition Refrigerant System Electrical System Condenser Fan Assemblies Chilled Water (Hydronic) System Quarterly Preventative Maintenance (May be completed in conjunction with annual services) Refrigerant Circuit System Operation Safeties and Flow Devices Condenser Fans Crankcase Heater Electrical Components Controls Hydronic System Quarterly Required Documentation You may schedule a walk-through to view equipment on-grounds by coordinating with our maintenance department at (614) 641-4183.
