Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation formally invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0477 FDIC’s HP EliteDesk Requirement. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria.



Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):




  1. Price Schedule (REQUIRED)

  2. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED)

  3. Reseller/Partner Agreement or Certificate with (REQUIRED)

  4. Pre-Award SCRM Information (REQUIRED)

  5. EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions (If Applicable)



All offers recieved without the required items above will be deemed unacceptable.
