Solicitation Summary
This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, necessary to remove and replace the asphalt shingles on the house roofs, cedar siding, and trim replacement on the front dormers and sides of the rear dormer, the installation of cedar fascia, installation of gutters, downspouts and rain leaders on the house at Savage Highlands (known as Savage River Lodge). This project is located at 1600 Mt. Aetna Road, Frostburg Maryland, 21532, in Garrett County. (Work shall not start until Spring 2026 possibly April 2026 or May 2026 depending on the weather.)
