| Description: | The Glendora Avenue water line replacement and paving project is included in the FY 24-25 CIP list. The Cypress Water and Street Improvement project will entail the replacement of water lines at seven (7) locations. Existing water lines per as-built records are six (6) inches and will be re-placed by eight (8) inch water lines. The project will replace approximately linear feet 8,217 water Services and saddles, fire hydrants replacement and new fire hydrant installation if necessary to meet the City’s design stand-ards and specifications. In addition, the project will include paving resurfacing/rehabilitation of existing asphalt at all the streets based on the 2020 PM. The Pavement improvements will be based on the current the City of Glendora’s 2020 Pavement Management Program (2020 PMP) recommendations. See Attach-ment A Location Map. Streets will require rehabilitation based on the 2020 PMP recommendations. Some will need Grind and Overlay (G&O), including ADA assessments and ramp construction or replacement for compliance, while others will require slurry. |
