The Contractor shall provide waste pick-up service for the LAWTON INDIAN HOSPITAL, 1515 NE Lawrie Tatum Road, Lawton, Oklahoma. The Contract will be for 12 months, with pick-up daily, six days a week, Monday through Saturday except for holidays. Period of performance is September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. The Contractor shall provide three (3) eight yard metal trash containers and provide maintenance or replace when necessary. Upon notice of an award, the contractor shall submit to the government a proposed schedule of when tasks shall be performed. This can be a simple listing flow chart, which describes when the government should expect performance. This should state the planned days of the week for services.
