Etzel Avenue Improvements - University City, MO

Separate sealed bids for Etzel Avenue Street Improvements will be received by City of University City, MO at the office of University City Hall at 6801 Delmar Blvd until the above time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid will include new 2-inch mill and compacted asphalt overlay with leveling applied to Etzel Avenue from Pennsylvania to Ferguson Avenue. There will be a section of 3-inch or greater mill and two lifts of 2-inchcompacted asphalt overlay from 6909 Etzel Avenue to 6901 Etzel Avenue. Several locations called out on the plans will require pavement repair.

Note: Bidders are encouraged to review the site to confirm measurements and the extent of pavement improvement Work prior to bidding. Project shall be bid as a lump sum for (if applicable).

Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Theresa Goetz at Theresa@ggstl.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
