Please join us Wednesday 23 April, 2025, for an Industry Day/Presolicitation Conference hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District for the Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks Project at Fort Campbell, KY.

The Government is planning to issue a single Design-Bid-Build contract solicitation.



The proposed project is to construct a standard design (Design Bid Build) barracks to accommodate 312 unaccompanied enlisted personnel. (133,456 SF) Primary facilities include living and sleeping quarters, baths, storage, service areas, building, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, antiterrorism measures, intrusion detection system (EDS), installation and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (ECMS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and utility connections, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping and signage. HVAC will be provided by central hydronic systems serving terminal units and DOAS. Post construction award services (PCAS) will be provided. Utility connections are required to a privatized electric distribution, water, and wastewater systems. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD). Minimum antiterrorism for buildings standards will be provided. Building related interior design services are required. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided in common areas. Cyber security measures will be incorporated into this project. Sustainability/energy measures will be provided. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD’s UFC 1-200-02 including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. Demolish two buildings at Ft. Campbell (6,389 total SF).



Contract duration is estimated at 1100 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. NAICS code is 236220.

This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation. Therefore, this event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract nor will the Government pay for information provided to the Government in a response nor pay for administrative costs incurred attending the Industry Day event. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This event is open to all businesses who are interested in being either a Prime contractor or subcontractor on this project.
