Sealed proposals for furnishing and delivering the following items and/or services for the City of Erie will be received via Penn Bid by the City Purchasing Dept., 626 State St., Room 305, Erie, PA 16501 until 10:00 A.M., prevailing local time, on Monday, July 27, 2026:
