Description
The MD of Taber, in collaboration with the Town of Taber, is exploring the opportunity to expand the Taber Airport to accommodate larger aircraft, increase air traffic, and unlock further economic potential for our region. As part of this process, a feasibility study is required to assess the technical, infrastructural, and economic considerations of a runway expansion.
This project aims to assess the feasibility of expanding the Taber Airport, with a particular focus on extending the runway. The study will explore the technical requirements, infrastructure improvements, and potential economic impacts of the expansion to support future growth and development in the region.
This joint project will provide a comprehensive analysis of the current airport infrastructure, runway expansion options, and the potential economic impacts on our region, including increased business development, tourism, and logistics improvements.
