Description:
Upgrade existing HVAC systems that have reach the end of serviceability at Spartanburg Community College, Tyger River Campus. Project to include removal of all Warehouse suspended AHU's and non reused /unusable pipping. replacing with Air Rotation units in serviceable locations. Remove and upgrade warehouse boiler system. Remove and upgrade office space DX units with fewer roof loads and penetrations. Upgrade to more efficient systems.
