The University is seeking architectural and engineering services for Phase I design and estimating services for renovations and new construction of approximately 200,000 - 250,000 square feet of fan amenity space at Williams-Brice stadium. The work will occur primarily on the west side of the stadium and involve significant modifications to the current 100 and 200 levels. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged.
