Description

AFCEC/CXF along with Mission Partners from the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, and Department of the Air Force (DAF) Small Business Office is pleased to announce our participation in the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) in Indianapolis, the week of 7 April 2025. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing fire safety and emergency response capabilities, we are seeking to engage with industry partners to explore the latest advancements in firefighter Personal Protective Equipment products that support Firefighters throughout the DAF.



Goals and Objectives

•Goal 1: Gather information on available PPE products, identify potential vendors,manufacturers, and facilitate networking between government representatives and PPEindustry partners. Please see Attachment 1 - PPE Specs for Industry Day 2025, for moredetails.

•Goal 2: Assess the PPE manufacturing industry's interest and capacity to engage with theDepartment of the Air Force (DAF) for long-term contracts.

•Objective: Foster open dialogue between vendors, distributors, manufacturers andgovernment officials to enhance collaboration and establish relationships for futureprocurement and contracting opportunities.
