2. This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the City of Calgary to develop a list of potential jury members for RFP 24-1580 - Indian Residential School Memorial (IRSM) Design Competition (Stage 2) to make the decision on the selected concept to move forward into Design and Construction.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Anticipated Start Date is May 22, 2025.
