APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a high-altitude Electronic Attack (EA) payload integrated onto an unmanned high-altitude platform. In the context of this exercise the payload and the platform are separate entities, and the platform is not included in the requirements for the RFI. A copy of the draft high altitude EA payload requirements and high-altitude EA payload questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request. All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than May 19, 2025.
