The Request for Proposal is designed to solicit sealed proposals pursuant to Chapter 30B M.G.L.. The posting requires providing management and administration services to operate, maintain and develop systems and services in support of the Martha’s Vineyard Public Safety Information System, at a competitive and reasonable cost. The awarded provider will be responsible for all hardware, software, services and support as defined within the proposal documents. Narrative descriptions of the technical, management and administrative experience, capabilities and services available and a separate associated fixed rate schedule must follow the posting response templates.

The confirmation will have an NDA and several questions to validate your organization as a legitimate and capable service provider. After verification you will receive the posting documents, Templates, updates and notifications as related to this posting. Our templates must be used in the response to this posting.

This Addendum is issued to clarify discrepancies identified between the public advertisement and the RFP document.
1. Proposal Due Date (Clarification)

This date is correctly stated within the RFP document and remains unchanged.
Any conflicting date contained in external advertisements or postings was issued in error and does not modify the RFP requirements.

3. Delivery Responsibility
It remains the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure timely delivery of their Proposal to one of the accepted locations prior to the stated deadline.
No exceptions will be made for late submissions.
All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
