|
The participating municipalities of Woburn, Burlington, Wakefield, and Reading seek proposals from qualified transportation service providers to operate a regional shuttle and on-demand microtransit program. Through this procurement, the municipalities intend to select a contractor capable of delivering a flexible, technology-enabled, turnkey service that improves mobility within and among the four communities.

The participating municipalities reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to negotiate contract terms with the selected proposer. This RFP does not commit the participating municipalities to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal.
