Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed Landscape and Recreation Contractor (S330) or General Building Contractor (B100) to remove and reinstall the existing bleachers and install new bleachers in the gymnasium at West Lake Junior High School according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - See Addendum #1 document for details.
It is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the August 4, 2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
