Project Description: The City of Moab seeks statements of qualifications (SOQs) from professionals to collate existing studies and plans to generate a consolidated Downtown Master Plan for City Council adoption. This effort supports the City's FY 2027 Strategic Plan priority of adopting and initiating implementation of an updated vision for the downtown corridor.
