THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Project Description: Please see the attached RFP seeking proposals from qualified multi-family property management firms for:
Third-Party Property Management Services – Qualified Pool / Pre-Approved Property Management Firms, RFP #26-024.
Through this RFP, HASLC intends to establish a pool of approximately three to four qualified firms that may be considered for future property-specific management assignments. Potential assignments may include affordable, mixed-income, market-rate, LIHTC, PBV, HOME, supportive-housing, senior, family, lease-up, rehabilitation, interim-management, and compliance-support work. Selection for the pool does not guarantee any particular assignment.
