Project Description: The purpose of this offering is to provide the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) with bids from qualified providers with a demonstratable record of successfully delivering absence and substitute management software to large, urban school districts. The software must meet the requirements set forth in this BID, including the ability to manage and track employee absences, and associated substitute utilization from hire to assignment into a position. The software will be used by the Human Resources Department and must be integrated with the District’s Employee Information System, which is currently Enterprise ERP formally known as Tyler MUNIS version 2019.1 as well as our district’s timekeeping system, MUNIS Time and Attendance Keeping formally known as ExecuTime.
