Project Description: INTRODUCTION:
Town of Palm Beach is seeking a qualified firm to provide Thirty-Eight (38) HeartStart FRx AED with Warranty and must include:
* Smart Pads II Electrode Pads.
* Battery Pack with Warranty and Inspection Tag.
* Carrying Case and Spare SMART Pads II
* Infant/child Key.
Cost of shipping or freight must be included into the unit pricing and must not be shown as a separate line item.
SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager, consultants and Town staff.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
AWARD: The Town reserves the right to award to that proposer who will best serve the interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this Invitation to Bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
