ADDENDUM NO. 2 – June 17, 2026

TO: ALL HOLDERS OF RECORD OF BID DOCUMENTS

Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date in the Bid Form.

Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. This addendum forms a part of

the Contract Documents. It modifies them as follows:

Modifications:

Sealed bids for the Kingston Boardwalk Trail – Phase 1 project will be received by the

City of Conway at their office located at 2940 Jerry Barnhill Boulevard, Conway, SC

29527 at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, instead of the originally scheduled June

23, 2026. Written questions will still be accepted until June 23, 2026, 7 days prior to the

bid opening.
