Export Development Canada (EDC) is embarking on a modernization initiative to migrate its corporate intranet from Microsoft SharePoint 2016 to a ServiceNow modern, secure, and scalable digital workspace. This addresses security vulnerabilities associated with SharePoint 2016’s end-of-life and supports continuity, improved user experience, and long-term alignment with EDC’s digital strategy.

EDC seeks to secure a vendor with proven ServiceNow Employee Center Pro expertise - capable of translating business requirements into a scalable, compliant, and user-centered intranet solution.
