This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Seniors Center Concept Design as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking a design consultant to provide conceptual designs for the Seniors Center in Sherwood Park, including potential renovation, modernization, and expansion of the existing 55+ Club and log cabin. The consultant will work with the County to develop three conceptual design options with class C cost estimates and schedules, to support informed Council decision-making aligned with strategic and fiscal priorities.
