Project Description: The City of Cibolo invites sealed proposals to assess the adequacy and most appropriate rate structure for water and wastewater services over the next five (5) years. This study will consider factors such as consumption characteristics of various customer types, deviations from cost-of-service principles, and the need to maintain competitive rates with neighboring communities.
