Executive Leadership Trainer for Succession Planning

Montgomery County Recreation (“REC”) intends to enter a contract for a certified executive coach(es) / trainer(s) to provide comprehensive leadership alignment services for a large-scale public recreation department. The primary focus will be coaching Supervisors and Managers to align upward with the strategic direction established by the Director’s Office. Additionally, the coach(es) will facilitate the leadership team in defining and articulating a cohesive big-picture strategy for the REC that unifies departmental efforts and establishes clear strategic priorities. A strong unified leadership team is required for REC’s succession planning and to navigate the changing landscape of the County. The complexity of these changes and their impact on operations demands ongoing alignment. This contract ensures REC can maintain continuity of operations and address operational issues and concerns promptly and collectively. This contract helps REC to promote transparency, accountability and adherence to the highest standards of public service.
