APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for RTI DDS License, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
The subject requisition is for the purchase of RTI DDS License for the eRM – MPCMS integration for the LCS Freedom Variant Class. This directly supports the Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program and the installation of the enterprise remote monitoring (eRM) system on the LCS 1 variant. NSWCPD will be required to procure an Real-Time Innovations (RTI) “middleware” license to facilitate the communication between the control system (MPCMS) and the eRM unit. Using the RTI middleware, eRM collects Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) equipment data from the LCS control system (MPCMS) in order to implement shipboard Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).
