Description

The City is seeking proposals from responsible firms or operators to implement, own, operate, maintain, and manage a publicly accessible electric scooter (E-Scooter) sharing system as part of a two-year pilot program. As part of this initiative, the selected proponent will be required to engage with key interested parties, including local businesses, community groups, and accessibility advocates, to ensure the system meets the needs of all users. Additionally, the selected proponent must develop and provide educational and promotional materials to inform the public about safe and responsible E-Scooter usage.
