Project Description: Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority (BJWSA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms, to provide engineering services required for Project Administration, and Basis of Design Report (BODR) of the Chelsea Water Treatment Plant Chemical Processing Infrastructure Upgrades Project. Additional Engineering and Construction Phase Services may potentially be added in future through a contract amendment at BJWSA’s discretion.
