Description

The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of the solicitation that will be posted. Services include but are not limited to: Construction of expanded MEP parking lot. Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the site map for the detailed requirement. This solicitation will be posted as 100% Small Business Set Aside. Site Visit dates will be pre-scheduled and posted in the solicitation, if/when it is posted. Questions will be responded to after the Site Visit. The required response date will be posted on beta.sam.gov and stated in the solicitation, if/when it is posted. **The Solicitation will be posted on PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil) and will not notify users of related notices from SAM.gov. Please be advised that solicitations will be posted on PIEE under the same notice ID. Solicitation responses must be submitted via PIEE.** It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the webpage notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the requirement/solicitation.
