Solicitation Summary
The Department of Juvenile Services is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide a two (2) year preventive maintenance service and emergency service for all the emergency generators, transfer switches, and associated electrical and mechanical components located at the Charles H. Hickey Jr. School.
All work shall comply with the applicable rules of the National Electrical Code the National Electrical Safety Code, the National Fire Codes, (published by the National Fire Protection Association), state and local codes and ordinances, and the terms and conditions of the services of the electrical utility, as well as any other authorities that may have lawful jurisdiction pertaining to the work specified. None of the terms or provisions of this specification shall be construed as waiving any other rules, regulations or requirements of these authorities.
