The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Westville Lake, Southbridge, MA.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Westville Lake Project. Maintenance mowing is comprised of 28.3 acres total: 13.4 acres of weekly lawn area, 1.6 acres of monthly lawn area, and 13.3 acres of annual mowing area. Additional services include spring and fall cleanups and side arm mowing. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
