Purchase of one Redbird proprietary computer system to replace the existing computers used to operate Redbird Aircrew Training Devices (ATD). The purchase also includes a monitor refresh of 27-inch monitors (5 per ATD) replacing the original monitors in the initial delivery of the ATDs.
