LaRosa Building Group is the Construction Manager for the Adams Street, Bishop Street and Beacon St Redevelopment, located in Waterbury Ct. This project is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026. The project consists of the new construction of 5 duplex apartments and the renovation of 1 duplex house. There will be a total of 12 units at the completion of Construction. The following bid packages are available for bidding in Group 1: Demo; Sitework; Concrete; Masonry & Waterproofing; Misc Metals; Rough Carpentry Materials and Framing Labor.
