Pavement Rehabilitation of Marshall Phelps Road

The Pavement Rehabilitation of Marshall Phelps Road project will consist of milling and overlaying the top 2 inches of pavement along with the replacement of bituminous concrete lip curbing, catch basin tops, bituminous concrete driveways, metal beam guiderail, and other utility manhole tops. The improvements will also include re-striping the roadway to accommodate 11-foot-wide travel lanes, 4-foot-wide striped buffers, and 5-foot-wide bike lanes on both sides of the roadway.
