Our goal is, where appropriate, for our technologies and conduct to be indistinguishable from those of leading private-sector technology firms. In order to achieve this, we have undertaken several transformation efforts to mature the organization’s posture, technologies, and business practices. One transformation initiative is the enhancement of support to our customers who use our applications.
CustomerX is designed to provide comprehensive customer success/onboarding solutions for each of our prime products, including user support management, training & exercise support, release & deployment, IT service management, active system monitoring, service PMO support, and hardware & software support services across the PEO DHMS product portfolio.

11/15/2023 - Updated Timeline Posted; Documentation of Q&As is forthcoming through another updated when finalized.
11/20/2023 - The team received a large response to this posting has been busy going through the submittals. We are finalizing our review and should provide more information by next week.
12/5/2023 - JOMIS appreciates our industry partners patience as we finalize the CustomerX as a Service (CXaaS) vendor pool decisions (#24-001, Phase One). JOMIS recognizes the holidays are approaching and that we are currently behind schedule for Pod Solicitation #24-001 – Phase Two. We are working on getting updates out, to include notional timeline updates related to solicitation #24-001 – Phase Two. Further announcements are forthcoming. The next CXaaS solicitation for Service Desk and System Monitoring support is expected to be released shortly. JOMIS is mindful of the holiday season and will keep that in mind when determining release, meeting, and response dates. Going forward, the Government intends to provide weekly status updates to industry via sam.gov. We look forward working with you in supporting the needs of our warfighters.
