UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for particleboard for the UNICOR factories in Coleman, FL, Ashland, KY, and Forrest City, AR. The solicitation number is FN1567-24 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Delivery date requested is 10 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/-10 %. NAICS CODE IS 321219. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a multiple award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, 846 NE 54th Terrace, COLEMAN, FL 33521 ATTN: Peyton Perry (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All Proposals should be emailed to peyton.perry@usdoj.gov. The subject of the email should reference FN1567-24. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Ability to meet specifications, Past Performance, Green Qualities/Certifications, and Price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
