Requests for Quote are currently being accepted by the Village of Elbow for a General Contractor for the renovation needs to updated the former library to a Healthcare Facility.
Briefly the work includes:
Building of 2 exam rooms, 1 meeting space, 1 storage room, 1 office space, 1 flex space.
Plumbing and electrical changes as needed for use.
Finishing work including walls, ceiling and floors.
Exterior door painting, concrete sidewalk and step repairs.
Terms and Conditions:
The Village of Elbow is not obligated to accept the lowest price or any quote.
Proponents are responsible for any costs associated with quote preparation.
Quotes must include list of subcontractors with detailed cost breakdown, including any additional fees.
Bidder shall supply all necessary materials, tools, labour and expertise to undertake and complete the work in accordance with the plans and drawings laid out.

Sealed bids to be delivered to the Village Office or sent electronically to elbow@sasktel.net due by April 17th at 5 pm.
