RFP- As-Needed Consulting Services

Project Description: AHA and its affiliates are looking to contract with qualified consultants for the following housing or PHA-related activities to be done on an as needed basis. AHA expects to create a pool of qualified consultants from this RFP and to contract and assign work as needed in the future based on expertise, experience, price and availability.
Bidders may bid in one or more areas but should demonstrate their expertise in each area that they bid on and provide a per hour fee for their services for each area that they wish to bid on. The hourly fee should be provided for each of the five years. Travel expenses should be separately listed per Attachment F. All bidders who will handle tenant or employee PII will be expected to have cyber liability insurance and should build any additional cost of such insurance into their fees. AHA may approve or contract with one or more bidders in each section. Bidders must have experience with government agencies or non-profits PHAs operating in California or be able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
